Tlaloc M (Dollar de la Pierre)

He is a classically bred stallion, being a cross between two great french sire lines of Quidam de Revel and Foudre de Guerre. He makes a superb shape over the jump, and has a fantastic temperament in the stable.

Breeding

Tlaloc M is by the legendary stallion Quidam , number one in the French sire rankings in 2002 for sires of showjumpers. This outstanding stallion has sired many top class showjumpers such as Nabab de Reve, Circa Z, Diabolo du Parc, Dollars Boy. At the World Equestrian Games held in Jerez 2002 Quidam was represented by seven of his descendants.Quidam de Revel himself is considered one of the best performers of his generation being placed many times in International competitions. He was a member of the bronze winning team at the Olympic games in Barcelona and was placed 4th individually. Dollar dela Pierre’s dam Loripierre was an International Showjumper herself during the 80’s ridden by the renowned Gilles Bertran de Balanda

Performance

Tlaloc M has a superb record as an International showjumper ridden by Reynald Angot. In 2002 he was a member of the winning team in Jerez at the World Equestrian Games. He followed this in 2003 by being a member of the French team that came 2nd at the European championships. Tlaloc M also had individual success in 2003 by winning 6 International classes, including the Grand Prix at Hickstead, La Baule and Paris Jardy. In 2004 he won the Grand Prix at Hardelot and had top placings at Lucerna and Bordeaux amoung others. Dollar de la Pierre has a BSO of +31(0.68) and a ISO of 170, BSO is BLUP for jumping and this represents the most reliable possible estimate of the transmissible genetic potential of a studhorse. Only 24 horses per year have a BSO over 20 His first few progeny have been endowed with balance, intelligence and strength which are qualities he himself inherited from his famous parents. Tlaloc M's ability, as well as that passed on to his progeny, appear to demonstrate that he is as talented as his sire. He is sure to produce offspring of world class status , being from such a strong stallion line.
