Breeding

The dam, elite mare Loretta, produced the World and Federal Champion of the six-year-old dressage horses in 1999, "Sandro Hit" and the reigning Vice World Champion and Vice Federal Champion "Diamond Hit".She herself is closely related on both sides of her pedigree to the international showjumper Spillers Rainy Day and her sire Ramino is by the outstanding sire Ramiro, ranked 2nd in the WBFSH list of showjumping sires in the period 1991/2000 and 10th in the period 1999/2000. Ramiro is the sire of over a 100 graded sons as well as many top graded daughters in several countries, including Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands. He is also the sire of over five dressage horses that competed at international level. His offspring feature such well known names as Ratina Z, winner of team gold and individual silver at the Barcelona Olympics and team gold at the Atlanta Olympics. He had an incredible breeding index of 160 and 1st in the WBFSH rankings in the period 1990/1999. Royal Hits sire Royal Dance was the much applauded junior stallion approval winner at the Oldenburg Stallion Days in the Weser Ems Hall in 1998. At his 100 day test, he scored a 9.667 in Rideability, 9.5 in Ability to Work, 9.333 in the Trot, and 9.167 in the Walk.9.0 in Temperament, Character, Willingness to Work, & Canter. Royal Dances sire Rohdiamant was the 1992 approvals winner in Oldenburg. His still young career climbed steeply, with him collecting titles and gaining wins along the way. He has so far had more than seventy dressage wins up to and including Intermediaire. In 1998, his daughter Reine Seide won the Oldenburg elite mare show. His son Roman Nature bearing the Rhenic brand was federal champion three year old stallion. The FN breeding value rating of 1998 ranked Rohdiamant in second position in dressage throughout Germany. The dam sire, double team world champion Donnerhall is probably the most significant stallion of his generation. No other stallion has succeeded in establishing standards equally well both in breeding and in sport as Donnerhall has. The Westphalian Weltcup II is a grandson of Wendekreis.
