Breeding

The Hanoverian "W" line is one of the most significant dressage gene pools in modern day breeding. For decades, particularly the branch of the stately Celle State Stud sire, World Cup I, has produced horses with accentuated mechanics and the greatest possible movements. With Weltmeyer (Weltall VA/Martin Schaudt, Warum nicht FRH/Isabell Werth) and Warkant (Wansuela suerte, Vice European Champion under Hubertus Schmidt or Wahajama Unicef/Ann Kathrin Linsenhoff), this Hanoverian Champion Stallion who also won his performance test sired two sons that make dressage riders ecstatic when they hear their names. Zuchthof Klatte pulled off a coup with World of Dreams: this elegant dark chestnut is the synthesis of great pedigrees: he has the color and mechanics of his sire, World Cup I, the sleekness, radiance and lightness of his Thoroughbred grandsire, Cardinal, who without doubt was one of the best Thoroughbreds ever active in warmblood breeding. The rest is rounded off by Sesam, the sire of Servus, who is the sire of Slibovitz, a chestnut and one of the most outstanding dressage horses of the 70's under Dr. Uwe Schulten-Baumer Jr

Performance

After his good stallion performance test, World of Dreams was sold as a young stallion to the US where he was trained and successfully shown up to Grand Prix by Michelle Gibson who took 4th place at the Olympic Games in Atlanta. Back in Germany, he and his rider, Britta Klatte, took home advanced level ribbons in 2004, 2005 & 2006

Progeny

World of Dream's first foals which were born in 2006 showed outstanding movement qualities which judges honored by awarding high scores at foal shows. One of his foals qualified for the German Foal Championship final in Lienen
